This policy explains how Anymobile collects and uses customer information for the Anymobile mobile app, repair services, warranty support, notifications, and offers.

Information we collect
We collect the phone number you use to sign in, account information you choose to provide, and service information connected to repairs, warranties, notifications, phone availability, reservations, and offers.
The mobile app may store notification preferences and push notification tokens so we can send repair, warranty, offer, and account updates that support the app experience.
How we use information
We use customer information for app functionality, account access, customer support, repair and warranty status, appointment or booking coordination, offer display, fraud prevention, security, and operational record keeping.
We use contact information to respond to support requests and to help customers continue service conversations by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or in store.
Tracking, sale, and sharing
We do not sell customer personal information. We do not share customer personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the Anymobile app is not designed to track users across third-party apps or websites.
We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, payment or operational tooling, and customer support when those providers help us run Anymobile services.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer information for as long as needed to provide app functionality, support repairs and warranties, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect Anymobile services.
In-app account deletion is planned. Until that ships, customers can request deletion by contacting Anymobile support. We will review the request and delete or de-identify information unless we need to keep it for legal, safety, warranty, fraud prevention, or business-record reasons.
